Running is great, so why aren't the podcasts? Bad Boy Running is a podcast for runners (boys AND girls!) who are bored of the dull and dry podcasts currently on offer. Hosted by friends Jody Raynsford and David Hellard, both running journalists, bloggers and lovable idiots, the show features the conversations they'd have in the pub focusing as much on the camaraderie and social side of the sport as the technical.

Wanna know the difference between BBR and other running communities and podcasts? We started this out of love/hate for running and didn’t think about ‘monetising’ it. Stupid us.
That being said, we didn’t realise running a podcast would cost so much. We may keep Producer Nick locked in a basement on only bread and water but even that level of cost-cutting isn’t enough. These episodes don’t produce themselves, ya know?
